Description: Snow Much Fun with Rocknoceros! This wintertainment event brought to you by Culpeper Renaissance.
Two Saturdays February 4 and March 3, two shows with Rocknoceros and Magical Illusions By Kyle and Kelly, All for the Family!
Rocknoceros, a kid-friendly power pop trio, will perform on February 4th. Rocknoceros (pronounced like Rhinoceros) is made up of three guys, Coach Cotton, Williebob, and Boogie Woogie Bennie, who make wildly popular, award-winning music for the entire family. They have dominated the Washington D.C. childrens music scene and have won a remarkable seven Washington Area Music Awards, including their fourth consecutive Best Childrens Music Artist award in 2011. Recently, Rocknoceros has gained significant national recognition with their single Pink! reaching number one on Sirius/XM Kids Place Live 13 under 13 countdown. Plan to be charmed by their wondrous and whimsical tunes!
Doors open at 4pm with pizza by the slice and drinks available. The show starts at 5pm.

Be prepared for magic, music, and illusions presented by Kyle and Kelly, a husband and wife magic team specializing in family-friendly magic and illusion shows for over 25 years. Their magic has taken them all over the world. Fresh off of a performance on Carnival Cruise Lines, they are now bringing their award-winning magic to Culpeper! Their interactive show is a mix of magic, comedy, and grand illusion that promises to captivate and enthrall everyone.

Description: The Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market sponsored by Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. announces the 2012 season. Opening day is Saturday, April28, and the market will be open every Saturday through November 17 from 7:30 a.m. until noon at the East Davis Street and Commerce Street parking lot in historic downtown Culpeper. CRI president, Trez Holmes states Culpeper Renaissances goal is to enhance community life in downtown Culpeper by bringing residents and local growers together in a market setting that is friendly, fun and packed full of quality local products.
Be certain to stop by the market to pick up locally grown produce while supporting regional farmers. Tom Hennaman will return for another busy season as the market manager. Tom has created an exciting atmosphere with local musicians playing in the background while familiar faces peruse the market in search of fresh seasonal produce, plants, cheeses, and meats. Local artists display handmade arts and crafts for all to enjoy.
The market has grown to more than 40 participants for this seasons market. There is no doubt that the Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market has become a destination on Saturday mornings creating quite an attraction for the downtown district. The parade line-up will begin at 5:00 p.m. and parade will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. Line up will begin at the corner of Main and Piedmont Street and will extend down Old Brandy Road. All entries will be judged exclusively during the procession of the parade. Judges stand will be located at Main and West Davis Street. After the parade join us at the Culpeper Agriculture Enterprise for our annual carnival, May 26-29th.

Description: Come out and view life from another angle - see Culpeper County from the air! This FREE event has something for the entire family. This years Air Fest promises to be spectacular! You'll see Restored Antiques, Classics, Military Trainers, Fighters, Helicopters, Jets, and Model Airplanes. The Bealeton Flying Circus along with their spectacular wing-walking event will leave you breathless. See the FARM Club and their unique radio controlled model airplanes, Dr. Smoke and his Marchetti that emits red, white and blue smoke, Sean Carroll with his Yak-9, Kevin Russo and his powerful T6, and others performing in the afternoon. The spectacular War Birds based here at Culpeper, including the Percival Provost - a Royal Air Force trainer and other magnificently restored military aircraft of the Commemorative Air Force's immaculately kept museum will also be on display. And once again, the highlight of this year's AirFest is the only privately-owned "Harrier" in the world, flown by Art Nalls. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the show together. The Culpeper County Parks & Recreation Department will host a number of kids activities, including face painting. Kids ages 8-17 can sign up for free airplane rides.
